An adhesive-backed heating pad designed to prevent freeze-ups in RV gray and black water drain pipes. The heater wraps around a 3-inch diameter pipe and activates at 44 degrees Fahrenheit, shutting off at 64 degrees to conserve power. Dimensions are 12 inches long by 7-1/4 inches wide. Thermostatic control automatically manages heating cycles without manual intervention. Operates at 13.5 volts DC with 13.5 watts output.
