Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Shop RV Parts, a division of Grampa's RV, at 30686 Matsqui Pl, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6L4, Canada. Where this document says "we", "us", or "Shop RV Parts", we mean that business. Where it says "you", we mean the person placing an order or using the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

Orders, pricing, and acceptance

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes (added at checkout). When you submit an order we send you an order confirmation, but the order is only accepted by us once we ship the item. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud — in which case we refund you in full.

Stock and substitutions

Items shown as in stock are reserved when you complete checkout. If an item becomes unavailable between your order and shipment, we will contact you with the option to wait, swap to an equivalent part, or get a full refund.

Quote-only items

Some items are sold by quote rather than at a listed price. When you submit a quote request, we reply within one business day with a quoted price valid for 7 days. Acceptance happens when you confirm the quote and we charge the agreed amount.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms — read it for handling times, return windows, restocking fees, and what is non-returnable.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. Card payments are processed by Elavon. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — only the last four digits and an expiry date for reference.

Taxes

GST and applicable provincial taxes are added at checkout based on your shipping address. Our GST/HST number is 736416918 RT0001. Resellers with valid exemption documentation can request a tax-exempt account by emailing [email protected].

Fit and compatibility

We do our best to describe parts accurately and to flag fitment requirements, but RVs vary widely. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific make, model, and year before installation. If you are not sure, ask us first — we are happy to help confirm a fit before you order.

Installation, safety, and professional advice

Some parts — propane components, electrical work, brake systems, structural repairs — should be installed by a qualified RV technician. If a manufacturer requires professional installation for warranty coverage, that requirement carries through. We are not liable for damage, injury, or warranty loss from improper installation.

Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, where applicable. Beyond that, we make no implied warranties or guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Defective items are handled through our return policy.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order is the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages — including lost trips, lost time, or downstream RV repair costs — even if we were aware they could occur. Some provinces do not allow these limitations; if you are in one of them, the local rules apply instead.

Site content and intellectual property

The site, logos, and original content belong to Shop RV Parts or our licensors. Product images and descriptions may come from manufacturers and remain their property. You may not copy or republish any of it without written permission.

Accounts

You can shop without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use someone else's payment information
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish our content
• Attempt to break into accounts, systems, or services
• Harass our team or other customers

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. It is part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we update the date at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in effect when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in BC. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking it out goes to the courts of British Columbia.
