The Swagman XTC2 TILT platform rack carries one or two bicycles on a 1-1/4 or 2-inch receiver hitch while tilting back to grant trunk access without unloading bikes. Padded ratchet hooks grasp the bike frame with security while wheel straps with hoops contain the wheels. Fold it away completely when not in use, and set up takes only minutes with no tools required.

The frame handles bikes with tyres up to 2-1/2 inches wide and wheel diameters from 20 to 29 inches, accommodating most standard and newer mountain or hybrid models.
