This synthetic-resin tape seals roof leaks, seams, and stress fractures across EPDM, TPO, PVC, Hypalon, and asphalt-based roof systems. The flexible bond remains effective at temperatures as low as -70 degrees Fahrenheit, preventing thermal shock-induced failures at seams and penetrations.

Apply it to roof joints, tears, flashings, skylights, gutters, and coping edges. The tape conforms to uneven surfaces, bonds to itself for overlaps, and can be folded or cut without cracking.
